Hard to say. We dont know what Portland is asking for. Maybe they want Noah, CHA pick and the #20. i highly dought that Portland wants to do a one for one swop of Noah for LMA.

also dont put that jinx on Noah

I think the only trade that happens is if you guys trade Noah for LMA. It's not as cool to dream about but we've been offered good offers from Cleveland, supposedly rumors about Blake for LMA being talked about and maybe Kevin Love(we'd have to add obviously). It's not like Chicago are the only team offering something and you're going to have beat out those other offers.

Mind boggling how a post from an actual Blazers fan goes completely untouched....

1) it's not a particularly interesting post
2) i think someone did respond to it

It's actually interesting because we get an opinion from another team's perspective.

Griffin better than LMA? :eek1:

Arguably - yes. And 5 years younger. And signed through 2018.

No. I'd rather have the guy who doesn't rely on his athleticism(which will ultimately decline when he gets older) and back to basket post-game.

So you want the guy who takes a less efficient shot at a lower rate? Cool, that's your prerogative.

As for Blakes declining athleticism - he's 23 years old. So, yes, in 6 or 7 years you can probably expect some decline - at which point Aldridge will be 35.

Sorry if I don't take the struggling post-game from Griffin. Looking at his dunk montages on YouTube doesn't solve anything.

I'd take the person who has mastered it and can hit jumpshots with money on it.

But we want LMA for taj Gibson an draft picks lol that's better than many packages teams could offer lol

If the clips give Blake for LMA, everyone will know how good LMA actually is. I don't see it happening though

Like I've been saying all along though, the deal has to look sweet on both sides. I just don't see it sweet without Jimmy or Mirotic in there.

Yeah, but doesn't Portland sort of owe this to us for taking Tyrus Thomas and Victor Khryapa off of their hands? ;)

I really hope Gar/Pax pull the trigger on a trade tonight! I'd be happy with them for the rest of the year if they do something "big" tonight. By getting LMA, it gives them some flexibility in the draft to concentrate on a SG.

I'm not buying any of this, every year there are rumors and every year I'm slapped in the face by disappointment. I hope I'm wrong (even though I like our team's chances right now, we also need to sign either Nate/Marco) but I think the Bulls will just end up using the 20th and 49th pick and it will be another boring draft, just like our FO. :(

Thinking about this... maybe not exactly. We will still need a back up center and a SG. However, I still feel the Bulls need more firepower and I think that is what is getting everyone excited. No one is excited about Boozer or Noah's offense.

Its amazing how Bulls fans can undervalue Deng so much while overvaluing Mitrioc and Butler at the same time.

Yep IIRC it was Deng, Taj, Mirotic, Charlotte Pick + Our 1st. All that for frigging LMA..

Yeah cause we know GMs always stick to the trades fans want.
