all i know is he didn't play college ball in the US so whatever international exp he had was moot

He's was just trolling. Eyenga's most relevant accomplishment was averaging a whopping 12 mpg in the ACB and being underwhemling in the process before he came here despite being in his 20's. No more needs to be said.

I'm not trolling. I'm a Cavalier fan and when I see Franklin it reminds me of Eyenga so I thinking I was asking another Cavalier fan I mentioned the comparison.

The hustle and rebounding, I suppose.

They're really different players otherwise though. And Franklin is better and much more promising.

Young Tony Allen is a perfect comparison for Franklin. The motor, the strong but out-of-control and over-aggressive defense, the horrible jumper, the awful decision making on offense, the athleticism.

Any of you guys ever see Franklin play offense? He's a much better passer and dribbler than Allen. Also, he can get to the rim and knows how to draw fouls really well.

He was Memphis main target.
They were ready to trade for him

Getting him at 41 was a huge steal in Memphis eyes.

are they that afraid of losing allen?
i understand they have an identity as a defensive team, but they need guys who can make outside shots.

The griizz FO says they will resign TA

With bayless, franklin, timma, we are at 62m or

We have his bird rights I don't think he's going anywhere.

He's loves thus city and team I see him all over the place .we

Letting LH go will help with our shooting woes..
We have our full mle and like 15m worth of tpe to get a shooter.

Decided to go back on old posts to look at my hits/misses. Was a big fan of Franklin due to his ability to get to the room and make some very solid reads (not to mention his sick long sleeves jersey look). Unfortunately ended up in the wrong time period, guy didn't have a good feel for shooting at a time in which shooting is paramount for his position

Saw this on the top and thought I was tripping. Adopted SDSU as a team I like following due to Lamont Butler (who was a beast in HS), and swore I didn't see a Franklin on the roster and thought what were the odds they would've had another Jamal Franklin :D
