That depends on what you mean by 'star.' There's certainly a large sect of people who believe b-Mac could be ray Allen level.

A star is a player who you think will be at Ray Allen's level not possibly be at Ray Allen level if he reaches his full potential. Ray Allen was drafted as a star and fulfilled his potential as a player.
