Whatever, I'm a diehard Wiz fan, so I hope I'm wrong on Otto.

I highly doubt Lokomotiv, Zalgiris, and Novgorod are better than Syracuse, Indiana, Kentucky and Louisville.

Sorry, I ain't buyin that one.

I think Team Russia, Lithuania, etc. are. He's on the RUssian olympic team.

Yea, but he didn't participate in any games in 2012 Olympics. The only stats he accumulated was in some 2nd level Euroleague.

In other words, you're making stuff up. Porter definitely played against stiffer comp.

My god, is the Wiz roster so deep that they won't even let rookies compete for jobs? If their reserves are so good, why do they use injuries as an excuse?

When you're leadership shows little to no accountability, you get a roster with "veterans" Jan Vesely and Chris Singleton.

What's sad is that those 2nd rounders would be better than Ves and Singleton. Maybe even better than Booker and Seraphin too.

CSKA Moscow is in his league. They have vet NBA players like Kristik, Pargo, and Sonny Weems. That team would crush any college team.

Solomon Hill... Now THAT's what a low upside "safe" pick looks like. Not Otto Porter.

Liking how round 1 is falling. I just saw back to back guys that weren't in my top 40 go, leaving more room for interested talents at our slot. Wonder if Tony Mitchell is the pick here? My steal of the draft?

Ok, there's a reach by Indiana with Solly Hill - a lunchpale player, but you don't draft guys like that in the 1st round, imo.

If you say so. I'll stick to my earlier point that Porter played against better, stiffer comp and at 198 lbs, is just fine (especially considering he benched 185 lbs 9 times, which is more than any of the top wings in this draft)...if Sergey Karasev is the benchmark of course. You didn't hold Karasev's weight against him.

Don't understand that pick for Indy. Haven't seem much of Hill though. Canaan and Mitchell both available.

The draft sure has changed with Twitter.

Yeah, not sure I'd include the "safe" part.

Maybe I'm wrong about him, but the one game of his I watched, he was 2-16 from the floor with 5 turnovers. Highly unimpressive.

Hardeway Jr's style is going to be exactly like JR Smith. He's got that same talent and lack of discipline.

He's one of the guys I'm hoping slides - along with Withey and Muscala.

Not a fan of Hardaway Jr. Was a fan of Michigan my whole childhood so I still follow, and I never saw it. Hot and cold shooter, not the best athlete, does defend though, and plays HARD. Smart too. Just not a fan. Most of my big 15 is still available for 38. Only 3 or 4 of them are gone.

OKC and SAS are too smart to pass on Bulluck.

However, I have read that he interviewed poorly.
