"The thing is about Nate, and again thought he had a very good year, but in the last month and a half I thought he and Kirk played extremely well together, and Nate was more at the two. I like that versatility, so I wouldn't rule anything out."

Thibs wants Nate back, and likes playing him at the two.

There's no way, even backing up Rose, that Kirk plays all 82 games. He's brittle and bound to be injured.

The thing I will miss most about Nate are his giant monkey balls. He never got shook during a game...him and DRose would have gone at peoples heads playing together. Derrick needs another option to create alongside him. This sucks but I hope the Bulls can find a replacement

He's ridiculous with all these self portraits. Definitely worth following if you have Instagram, very amusing.

Because we cant. And even if we could, we won't.

Nate is the type of player you want to have on your team in big games because he is never phased by the moment. The guy could go 0/20 and still have the confidence that his next shot is going in. That's what I love about him.

I just don't understand why you couldn't play him as the primary backup PG off the bench, and in certain situations, have him out there with Derrick to close games when he has it going. It's pretty simple to me. If he's not playing very well, you can take him out. If he's on fire, you play him, and put more pressure on the opposing team to defend.

Also, if Nate is leaving, why would he be all pro-Bulls and asking fans about him playing with Rose? He said he considers his Bulls teammates "family", and really seems like he wants to stay, considering he's still posting photos of himself in Bulls gear and he's all #Bulls this and #Bulls that.

Unless he's pulling a Doc "I am a Celtic" Rivers. :(

I'm anxious to put Nate Robinson behind me so I'm glad that this seems to be all out front.

Robinson was terrific last season and was a necessity. I mean, it just about became his team. Thankfully, the circumstances that created that situation are over. Robinson might have been useful to the Bulls next season in a much more limited role, but I can't blame him for not being interested.

I wish him well.

Not to worry, we can get John Lucas III. He's "intriguing" according to K.C.

And then we can bring back Kevin Ollie and A.J. Guyton.

I've been thinking today about the versatility of being able to run either Rose/Butler/Deng or Nate/Rose/Butler or even Nate/Rose/Butler/Deng against the Heat.

We don't need Nate, I have too assume Rose is ready to start the season. Rose/Kirk/Teague is pretty deep PG rotation as it is. As much as I love nate and wish we were paying him not Kirk reality is Kirk is under contract for next year, Nate is not.

Rose will be ready for the start of the season. The question is "will he be nullified at the end?"

If thats the case Nate Robinson can't save us.

Initially it was JL3. Now it's Nate. Nobody seems to win a championship with Chicago whereas there's a bunch of ring chasers in Miami trying to get into the rotation even for the vet min.
Doncic will be goat. Lauri will be his sidekick.
