Luisnani and J-Mezzy proudly present our squad. I would appreciate if someone can actually post the picture of my line up. I have tried, but these computers at work are always giving me trouble.

Silva will drift in from the right to allow Cuadrado to use his speed and skill on the attack.

Subs:
Lampard: Will be first guy off the bench. He brings leadership and versatility to the team.
Soldado: Will come in with different formations. Provides a scoring punch off the bench.
Mexes: Veteran defender to help patch up holes on in case of imjury
Guarin: Versatile CDM that is also efficient on the attack. Has a powerful long distance shot and is a true box to box guy.
Giaccherini: Versatile attacking player that adds depth to our midfield. He can come in as a central attacking midfielder or can play on the wings.

Jupp Heynckes will ensure that all 11 players press and defend and uses actics that allow for efficient intelligent attacking fotball.

Treiz's team looks the strongest in the group imo. Mezzy-Nani's team comes second, I was worried about the lack of defensive coverage in midfield especially if they face a strong midfield/attack in the next couple rounds.

Thanks. Obviously we would have to adjust our line up depending on who we play. We can go with a 4-3-3 but take Sneijder out, let Prince assume the central position and put Lampard in or a guy like Guarin who is physical and strong, but can still be creative offensively. Prince is also a gritty guy that can help defend the midfield.

Yeah I agree, in your initial lineup it seemed like you guys heavily depended on being able to control most of the game and if you faced a team with a dangerous attack or an attack with a high workrate it could cause a problem. I think Guarin coming off the bench would help a lot. You guys have one of my favorite teams in the tournament, best of luck!

I kinda really like the idea of sneijder in a more deep role with KPB and Marchisio running around in front of him. Certainly not one he's used to or one we've seen the Dutchman play often. But for me it edges out edfmx for the second spot after treiz's side, who's defense I like a lot and who's midfield is very strong as well. I'm not a Pedro fan and would start Oscar over him in the 3-4-3, but still my top team from this group.

Brunson: So what are you paid to do?
Hart: Run around like an idiot during the game and f*** s*** up!

Not a big fan of Pedro too but I understand his importance especially in the 3-4-3 for my team. He'll be there to cover Walker who's not that sound defensively and maintain width

Oscar can do those things too but Pedro is just better at it, maintains the balance in my team

treiz you should consider starting Gomez, if you combine his finishing with Jovetic's creativity, and then the defense/midfield you've got, you have a good chance of winning the whole damn thing

All pretty good teams. J-Mezzy's team really needs a solid defensive midfielder to screen for his central defense and Sneijder is playing far too deep than he would be comfortable with. Treiz's team is solid and I like the balance & depth of edfmx's side as well.

Yeah I will definitely have to switch my line up around in the following round if I want to move on.
