They badly need a bench SF to come in and score. Split the money between him and an athletic SF.

Well I watched both of these guys since college . Louisville and USC.

From what I've witnessed Nick Young has a more all around/athletic game than Francisco not to forget 3-4 years younger as well. No pun intended

Nick is a gunner but he would fortify the bench. In limited minutes he could shine and be a momentum changer.

These are all SGs/SFs, not SFs as we expected. Mitch supposedly has surprises for Dwight. Let's see what the surprises are. My guess is Monta Ellis somehow.

at least i like the wing players the lakers are looking into ... i'd take anyone from young, barnes, garcia, buddinger and delfino ... if we can land 2 then it's better ...

I'm good with any of Barnes/Garcia/Budinger/Delfino etc but definitely do not want Nick Young. Just not a fan of the low IQ chucker types who plays like a Kobe/Jordan but doesn't have nearly half the talent of them.

I agree. We desperately need some scoring off the bench.

And this team lacked scoring, lacked anyone who could get a shot without a pick aside from Kobe, lacked a guy with swingman size ... We need a scoring chucker from the perimeter to be able to compete
