If I understand the contracts of Thabeet, Orton and Liggins they are not guaranteed and they don't have lock in date, so I would assume that Orton and Liggins would also be summer league participants.

Last years participant Andy Rautins who spent the season in Tulsa has agreed to play with another team, the Bulls I think.

The secretive Thunder prefer Orlando because it's not open to the public. There is such a small amount of value gained from summer league that one should be enough. Play some games and set some training regiments for the rest of summer. All the player typically meet early in OKC to get ready for camp.
