But are we? According to Rob we haven't spoken to them in 3 weeks. Maybe we tried, they wanted too much and we moved on by drafting a guy who is likely an upgraded version of Bledsoe.

You are awesome. Thanks for recording and sharing this. I was in a meeting during the interview but very glad I get to listen to it.

Props.

Hightlights:
1) Oladipo says he can play the 1 or the 2.
2) Says our interview at the combine was his favorite and he really liked our staff.

@daldridgetnt
Thunder wary of Minnesota and Memphis as possible Kevin Martin destinations. Grizz even more likely pursuers if @aa000G9 leaves for LAC/DEN.

I see why Dwight is hanging out with him, Its because Steph looks like a 12 year old so Dwight feels comfortable relating to him as he exudes childlike innocence. Kobe is too much of a big meany and he doesn't want to do play date, he should be nice. :P

If Dwight could make it happen (meaning convincing LA to S&T him there), I have been saying for a while now that Golden State would be the absolute best fit for him. However, they need to find a way to hold on to Curry, Thompson, and Barnes...those are the guys you need around Dwight to win. It will be tough...but he should be a Warrior more than a Rocket, Mav, or Laker if he is looking at winning a title.

They could build around him in the same way we did...the way that got us to the Finals...only they would have a MUCH better supporting cast and MUCH better coaching, IMO.

with Houston being so cocky that they have him, I really hope he signs with GS. Screw LA & Hou.

According to an ESPN LA reporter, the Clippers are talking to Mil about a Bledsoe/Redick swap. Man, LA is connected to every shooting guard on the planet right now. I'm thinking its all about leverage.

They obviously have not seen what happened to Dwight's teams in the last 2 seasons.

Guess when there is only one big name really available, then teams feel the pressure to go all out.

I really liked what he said about #2... Henny made him feel comfortable and he said the magic interview really stood out because of stuff like that. That's going to be key when we're trying to attract free agents. Henny knows what he's doing.

That is true, they are going after everyone according to the media. I read today that the Bucks might not even S&T JJ and will just let him walk.

Notice that everything that has been said according to Bledsoe has all come from LA and not from the other side....they are leaking stuff left and right, trying very hard to increase value but good GM's aren't buying it.

Something interesting to watch in summer league: Orlando's Victor Oladipo getting major run at PG - in mold of young Russell Westbrook.

I'm excited for it. I hope he surprises and pulls a Westbrook. Would be awesome to have that kind of athleticism at PG.

the absolute worse case is that he doesnt work out as a PG and is our SG?

Lebron went into his first summer league as a PG as well. So did Lance Stephenson. Sometimes you have to give a guy a chance to show you what he can do with the ball in his hands. It's up to the coaches to decide if it's enough. I like the move.

Lakers' pitch to Dwight Howard tomorrow will indeed include having his own TV show, sources confirm.

Oh man, this guy is something else. Sorry if everyone is sick of Dwight stuff, but I find it amusing, and it is important to the rest of the league.
