No, why are you worried? Didn't he pitch very well his last spring start? I'm actually very excited to see him pitch. Rather have him than Steve Trachsel or Alay Soler.

I actually might have been one of the few people who was pulling for Alay Soler. Some of his stuff wasn't too bad, and he had a lot of passion on the mound.

One the topic, exactly why was he waived? Kinda weird that he wasn't sent down or used as trade bait or something. Was there a problem with him other than inconsistency?

We should own Kip Wells but we may have one of those "can't hit a scrub" games. We had quite a few last year.
