Dodgers Aren't Comfortable With Players Past Age 36

Post#1 » by RealGM Wiretap » Tue Jul 2, 2013 7:18 pm

Stan Kasten, speaking on all the expensive additions the Dodgers have made over the last year, pointed out that the team has looked to avoid commitments through a player's elder years.

Kasten declined to talk about specific players, but reiterated the policy.

"We feel comfortable at 36," he said.

The so-called policy could limit the Dodgers in potential talks with Robinson Cano this winter.
