Dalembert, then Oden for me.

Hopefully we can get both somehow.

1a. Samuel Dalembert--most reliable of the bunch (can finish, rebound, and block all while staying healthy...his mobility would work well in our agressive defense)
1b. Greg Oden--most potential of the bunch (at 75%, he'd make us damn near unstoppable...behemoth on the boards and defensively in the paint....huge liability due to health concerns)

3. Marreese Speights--best offensive game of the bunch (solid midrange jumper, solid rebounder...like a young Haslem minus the hustle and the grittiness)

4. DeJuan Blair--best rebounder of the bunch (great rebounder, plays hard, will get physical inside and give us a gritty edge...Udonis's successor maybe?!)

5. Chris Kaman--because it's so easy a Caveman could do it (solid all around game...very injury prone throughout his career especially these past few seasons)

Kaman has been pretty outspoken about how much he doesn't like Wade. Can't see the Heat going after him.

I'm told Marreese Speights has tried to be traded in the past to Miami but things never really worked out. Lets see if someone comes at a discount or if we get grab Samuel D or Oden.

So far no word on our 3 top targets (IMO - Oden, Dalembert and Speights).

With the Spurs paying Splitter the big bucks, Oden doesn't have a ton of good options left.

He is also a self-proclaimed LeBron. Anywho, just a personal preference as I've always been a fan of Chris Kaman.

Kaman said he was a LeBron fan, but also said he doesn't like Wade, doesn't like his style and "all the fouls he got in the '06 Finals". Keep that overrated motherf***er away from Miami.

Maybe he's also just salty about this:

I want em all...discounted!

But really, Dalembert or Speights for the mini-mle would be fine.

Chris Kaman wrote:I’m actually a LeBron James fan. I’m not much of a Dwyane Wade fan, but I’m a LeBron James fan. I’ve been watching him play, and we were in the same draft together. He’s had a great career already. I don’t want him to win everything, but I’m ok with the winning streak. I’m not against it or really for it. I just never really go along with (Dwyane Wade). I guess I just don’t like his style or whatever. I didn’t like the year the Mavs lost when he got all the foul calls. I didn’t like that.

Boo.
