The Philadelphia Flyers and former Tampa Bay Lightning captain Vincent Lecavalier have agreed to a five-year deal, Hockey Central Insider Nick Kypreos has confirmed.
Lecavalier had the final seven years of his contract bought out by the Lightning last week and was expected to be the most coveted unrestricted free agent this off-season.
Apparently the deals 4.5 million a season. Flyers get a top line center to go with Giroux.
