Still don't want.

I agree.

You people are aware he tore his ACL right? Also, the many C fans hated that he would only show up in big games.

The only way I do this deal is if Charlotte sends Detroit an their unprotected 2014 pick.

From a Cat's fan perspective: I don't think Charlotte would trade Kemba for Monroe, the FO loves the little guy and Charlotte's pick is owed to Chicago so we can't trade that. Only picks that could be in play here are the Detroit pick and the Portland pick (latter is top 12 protected next year).

We are talking about Charlotte, though. This is the kind of stuff we expect them to do.

I wouldn't want Monroe for Kemba. Never trade big to small if the talents are approximate.

Kemba (or Zeller) was going to go to Boston in the trade scenario they're talking about. Detroit gets Rondo.

No.

Thanks for the perspective, Dave. I think virtually all pistons fans consider Monroe the superior talent to Kemba, and I think almost no GM or sportswriter would consider that trade wise for the pistons. Kemba had a great season last year, though, statistically in the same range as Monroe's. Many pistons fans probably aren't aware of how well he played last season.
