Igoudala is also a much better defender than anybody they have or have had on their roster for a long time.

Reke isnt a SF. Do people not get that? He also isnt a PG. Or a SG. lol. Where does he fit here? It hasnt been established in 4 years.

Id rather pay Iggy this then match Reke and keep the same knuckleheads around we have had over the last couple of years.

Wow im good with that. 14 mil? Reke is offered roughly 12 mil from the Pelicans. At least Iggy has an actual position and is an excellent locker room guy.

Iggy is an excellent fit here and at 14 mil im all good with it.

Iggy deserves 10 million, the most.

Edit:

This was the Philly Iggy.

There's no way he deserves anything averaging 13 points and a 15.2 per.

Yikes.

I'd rather Demar Derozan, and you thought Bryan Colangelo was crazy.

4 years/$56 mill isn't too bad. Seems as though the max reports were unfounded.

You don't have true PG on the kings... I wish people would stop falling in love with position names ... You can still run a 3 guard set with Reke ... Since he's the primary or secondary ballhandler and probably your best playmaker .... Same type of role Houston uses Harden

Trust me when I tell you ... Change dosent always = good

do you watch Kings basketball?

Comparing Reke's role to Harden's is a mistake in so many ways.

Reke has a low BBall IQ. Sure he can get into the lane but he doesnt possess the ability to kick it out to shooters and make his teammates better.

He hasn't improved in four years. I want guys on this team that can make others better. We are trying to build a different culture and team here. Status quo doesnt make sense.

It is hard for anyone to tell me that he is worth that much money. Get a list of all the swing players in the NBA.... Where does he honestly rank keeping in mind that he has been in my opinion very mediocre and worse since his single allstar appearance. I understand and appreciate the whole change of culture mantra, but is this what it really costs?

JDizzel if there wasn't a regime change in Sacramento the Maloofs would be signing scrubs at 4 mil a year just to make the minimum salary requirements

Last I checked defense was half the game, so is Igoudala better enough to be worth $6 million more then Evans, adding in the leadership and attitude change, and I would say pretty damn close, obviously the Kings would rather pay him whatever their offer was than pay Evans $12 million a year.
