Looks like Lou is making progress. Article basically says he went through his first full bball workout since his injury, and he did well. The mental aspects of his recovery, which normally keeps players out longer, is something that's he's focusing on so that he's 100% for training camp.

Re: Lou is on the mend!
Saw a discussion on ACL recovery recently. Apparently, there have been some fairly large advancements in the rehab portion of ACL injuries. This is why we're starting to see athletes being able to drop the recovery time from 1+ years to under a year while having better mobility than the previous rehab model.
Good to see Lou coming back though. I had written him off for the 1st part of the season and was simply wishing that he'd be 95% by playoff time. This is very good news.

Five and a half months into his recovery from a torn right ACL, the Hawks guard works out six days a week in Atlanta and hopes to be ready for the start of training camp.
Williams saw Dr. James Andrews, who performed his surgery, three weeks ago in Florida for a checkup. Williams said Andrews was pleased with his progress and told physical therapists to ramp up workouts.
My mother told me, she said, "Elwood, to make it in this world you either have to be oh, so clever or oh, so pleasant." Well, for years I was clever; I recommend pleasant.
