Aldridge has never averaged 20/10. We've already been through this.

Saying Aldridge is a 20/10 player is like saying Boozer is a 20/15 guy.

Who in the East is going to beat a combination of Rose/Aldridge/Deng in the playoffs? I'm curious. If you include Jimmy it's basically lights out for anyone not named the Miami Heat.

I'd say Indiana could give Chicago trouble, even assuming that Rose is back to pre-injury levels and the key members of the team aren't going into the playoffs hobbled/injured due to playing huge minutes again in the regular season. But hey, if you think it's simply "lights out, game over" (minus Miami) as soon as Chicago has LMA, Rose, and Deng, then there's probably not much to discuss since our views differ immensely.

I said it's lights out if we keep Jimmy.

As much as i love Noah and Jimmy, front office gotta dig deep in this potential trade.

Portland is definitely gonna ask for more by adding Butler in the mix but you gotta negotiate so that it involves only Noah as the main piece.

In fact, i won't mind trading Noah and Butler for LMA if they give us their 1st round picks for the next 2 season.

Get the main pieces first, worry about the rest later.

i'd be ok w/ LA at a bargain basement price as he is still young and we could still trade him in the future. But Portland has shown a warped appreciation for their own players that makes OUR homerism look amateurish.

Can't imagine there is a fit there. Unless they have the major hots for Deng and/or BOOOZer

You need a #2 option. Offer them Noah an Bobcats pick for Aldridge

Rose
Butler
Deng
Booz
LMA

That's a great team. Aldridge can play center vs the Heat just fine.

Aldridge is a special talent now?

Yep. 25/8 in the Big 3 era. Big difference between him (who steps up against the Heat) and Noah and Boozer (who disappear against the Heat.)

25 & 8 vs Heat....that's what your getting. What's Noahs stats vs Heat? Its probably like 10-12 & 10

I still stand by Indiana giving the Bulls trouble and/or beating them with LMA, Rose, Deng, and Butler. If you're that confident with that lineup, like I said, our views vastly differ.

1. He can guard LeBron better than any other center in the league.

2. Do we really need to repeat how valuable Noah is offensively?

It really seems like you just don't care how many times your arguments have been addressed. A couple days later, you just repeat the same debunked assertions as if they are convincing.

There aint no way Bulls front office is going to trade Noah for LaMarcus, unless they find a way to find a legit starting center in another deal, because there is no way we are winning anything with LaMarcus at the center spot even if we manage to force him to play it as he kicks and screams about not wanting to.

LaMarcus would likely prefer D.Rose to play center before he ever does.

I'm not so sure about that.

If Boozer isn't making jumpers he's basically a hot air balloon with sneakers.

That's just flat out wrong, and you didn't really answer the question. Is Aldridge > Boozer+Noah?

Technically, the question was does Aldridge - Boozer = Noah?

Jimmy is a talent that is signed to a contract that is clearly worth less than his actual skill level. Trading him now would be a catastrophe...

Why do we need Noah then? He can't guard LeBron or score. LMA gives you a legit #2 scorer that every team in the finals besides 2 have had in the last 20+ years. Hakeems rockets an dirks mavs, we need a #2. Its a much better formula of success.

Uh who can actually guard LeBron? No one can't stop Lebron period. Why are we talking about two players that plays two different positions suddenly? Even adding LMA we still lack of creator rather we get LMA with, or without Noah on the roster with wishful thinking Noah/LMA/and Rose is much better than just Rose/LMA. Again there are certain players I will trade Noah but LMA isn't one of them however if we have Asik I will consider trading Noah.

Mavs won the title because Dirk was on fire, and plus he got a few creators(Which we only have one.) help Dirk out won that title. B

Haskeem was the best center in the league then not saying Noah is Hakeem just to be clear but Hakeem was a beast at that position.

Lol what? Noah's a Finals guy? Impressive, considering he's never even been there.

Aldridge has never averaged 20/10. We've already been through this.

Saying Aldridge is a 20/10 player is like saying Boozer is a 20/15 guy.

No it's not. 20/10 is only two rebounds away from true for Aldridge. 20/15 is 5 points and 6 rebounds away from Boozer's stats, which is huge. You're trying to downplay Aldridge's numbers.

In 38 minutes a game. His rebounding was inflated last year due to playing with no center. He's a poor rebounder.
