Bogs should be a last resort.

Bring morrow back or someone who could provide a lot of energy. That should be our identity off the bench. Evans, terry, blatche are all players that can get the crowd going. We need bench players that fit with that identity.

Bogs pretty much can't be worse then Morrow. Morrow is a 5 to 8 minute a game, 35 CD-DNP's per season hot shooting sparkplug.

I liked Morrow when he was here, he was a likable guy and some of those shooting displays were pretty epic, but he has concrete feet, is an instant turnover when dribbling more then once, not a good passer, is the most unathletic black man in America and his shooting has regressed some.

I'd take him for vet min as an addition, but he's not an answer at the wing. I'd prefer they went with some upside and an all around player who can shoot like David Light to fill out that roster spot honestly.

Did the Pacers make it known he was available? Wouldn't mind having him back to backup PP. But really if Bogs came over I would be OK with that too.

My top choice is still VC. :grin:

Gerald Green is available. Problem is that he's worthless now, he was terrible for the Pacers.

VC would be perfect. I wonder what the Mavs would want in return. My wishful thinking is that they would consider salary dumping him for the extra cap space and TPE. For example, Evans to LAC using their TPE, Toko and Taylor to Dal. Dal gets a $1.6mil TPE and adds about the same to their cap space, although I don't know if they need it if Dwight goes to Hou.

Yeah And 1 for Livingston, who is actually a solid defender as well and an underrated jump shooter and of course a legit point guard and not some 2 masquerading as one.

He can? He's a shooter, I doubt he suddenly forgets how to shoot.

When is Gallo suppsoed to be back? I thought it was reported that the injury wasn't as bad as it was first thought to be, and that he'll be back sooner than expected.

It was originally estimated that he'd come back in February, but since he found out that it was a partial tear, he could come back in December.

However, that's just an estimate of when he'll be cleared to resume playing. He still would have to get comfortable physically and mentally. Could take way longer fir that to happen.
