It's hard for guys to add muscle during the season, too much cardio, very difficult to load enough calories for sustained growth. Summer is where they make gains, hopefully don't lose them all during the season, then build again next summer. Harkless has the frame to be 240.

This is something that a lot of people overlook. Some people are just not capable of adding a lot of muscle due to their build. A guy like Harkless has a build that allows him to add a lot of bulk. Dwight was one of those guys. He was skinny coming in but he had the broadest shoulders you have ever seen for having such a tiny head. He filled out and now he looks jacked and proportional. Harkless can get to that point too.

Nerlens Noel is a guy that just has a build that will not really ever allow him to add that weight. Forget the injuries. If the guy had never gotten hurt, it would be a HUGE struggle for him to ever have a build similar to Dwight.

I'm sure you all went over it already, but that news about Nicholson picking up the corner 3 is big news. I think he's got it in him to average 8 boards a game, that with his offensive repertoire could make him a very valuable asset.
