Leuer Coming Back

Post#1 » by PAGrizzFan » Wed Jul 3, 2013 3:26 am

It's a three-year, $3 million deal for Jon Leuer with Grizzlies.

Here is hoping the coaches asked him to work on his range, like this deal. Hoping he can turn into Bonner/Novak and is a perfect 5th big man for Grizz

I was surprised we didn't offer him a qualifying offer but this makes more sense now.

He wouldn't have gotten more than this at any club I don't think so works for both parties.

$1M is a decent price for a human victory cigar like Leuer

Leuer needs to hit the hardwood this summer and work on ways to better his skills so he'll be able to contribute to the team this upcoming season

I think he's a good player. Personally from what I saw I thought he was better than Ed Davis (his action was too limited to say for sure though).
