Decent Centers are so overpaid in the league it's not even funny. Im not sure how much longer we can pull the small-ball stuff off without a real starting Center. It's going to catch up to us eventually. With the Cap space problems we have, we really should have tried to find a gem in the draft, a Jeff Withey or a Gorgui Dieng could have been an important piece for from day 1. We need a miracle to find an established in the free market, and We'll have the same problem next year.

We won't 3peat as constructed. Everyone here is mostly short sighted.

They forget we lost the NBA Finals if not for several miracles in a row. The Spurs had a 98.5% probability to win when they were up 5 with 28 seconds to go. Manu missed a FT, Kawhi missed a FT, 2 offensive rebounds, 2 made three-pters for us, and a no call on Ginobili drive.

We got taken to 7 games by Pacers.

I am tired of small ball. This is a perfect opportunity.

Houston WILL listen. Howard will want a stretch 4. Bosh can't be too upset, because he already got 2 rings and is going to a championship contender in HOU. A stretch 4 next to Howard is good for them.

And we finally get a legit C with double digit rebounds and interior defense.

Bosh for Asik + pieces, maybe a multi team trade. I'd like a draft pick too. This helps us long term with keeping LeBron too. No more size disadvantage, no more asking LeBron to bust his ass to get us rebounds because Bosh is soft as tissue paper.

If we trade Bosh for Asik i can see the Rockets winning the championship next year. Bosh will beast next to Dwight. And we'll have no starting PF.

Bosh next to a real center is what WE need, not what we want to give the rockets.

Oden or bust.

We can ask for more than just Asik, obviously. Multi team trade too?

And HOU won't beat us. We can shut Harden down, and we have LBJ.

Let Asik cancel or limit Dwight out in the paint, since Dwight is not very skilled offensively. I like our chances a lot.

Pipe dream. We will -never- ever ever ever get a real Center while Bosh is making the same $ as LeBron.

Period. Them's the facts.

Sacrifice Bosh or play small ball for the rest of LeBron's stay. Watch him bolt in 2014 because of how we get outrebounded all day and ask LeBron to bust his ass rebounding in that "TEAM REBOUND" mode just to make up the difference in size.

We got taken to 7 games twice and basiaclly lost if not for a miracle.

Trade Bosh or bust.

It's not realistic anyway, Pat will never trade Bosh NOW, coming off back2back championships. And i don't blame him. We're loyal, and that's a good thing in the long term.

We won't get Asik, but we really need to find that type of player. even in a lesser version. That's what Oden can be for us if he magically stays healthy. If not him then search Europe, Trade with a tanking team, summer leauge..whatever.

Asik himself pretty much came to the NBA out of nowhere and turned out to be a stud. We need to duplicate what the Bulls did with him. Might be easier said then done, but we have to try.

Bosh is not the problem.

How we use Bosh is the problem.

We have to involved Bosh in the offense other than shooting jumpers. And we cant let him get worn down by guarding the Hibbert's, Dwights, Duncan's of the world.

I knew Birdman was getting a lot of offers, it was inevitable.

I just hope he stays, we need him.

Everyone else is getting better... while we stand pat. We won the title with miracles...

Bosh needs to play better, but he can't be in the front court alone. Maybe LeBron can work on his postgame.

Indiana's bench is about to get better, that was our only advantage against them. I hope we don't see them in the playoffs... then again, we saw them in an unlikely ECF.

I'm telling you. This is our only shot. Omer Asik is available due to a random occurrence. The Rockets would have never traded Asik if not for Dwight leaving the Lakers for them.

This is our only shot to be a legit bball team with LeBron and Wade.

The experiment with Bosh is over in my eyes. 3 years in, and the guy can't fit in and makes too much money, leaving us undersized, outrebounded, and abused in the paint.

We need this. It also SOLVES OUR TAX ISSUES since Asik is cheaper.

Asik + pieces for Bosh. Perhaps Asik + Parsons for Bosh. Do that in a heartbeat.

Bosh's only advantage is hitting that mid range jump shot at 43%.... I can live without that.

I can't live without interior defense and rebounding.

What is a joke, is your homer goggles for Bosh.

Stop panicking wow. Miami will get someone and if Birdman leaves which I don't think he will, it's not the end of the world. We'll sign at least one center who will have some sort of impact whether it's Oden or Dalembert, they'll both be able to do what Birdman did but better. Pending Oden's health ofcourse.

If it gave us a ton of flexibility and other assets, I'd definitely have to consider it...

But trading Bosh after winning back-to-back, after everything the big three's done together, I don't see it every happening.

Oden hasn't played in an NBA game since 2009. It's highly unlikely he will have an impact this season. The odds are overwhelmingly against it.

Birdman is going to be 35 yrs old and might leave.

This is not panicking. It's putting an end to the Bosh at C experiment that has clearly failed. Omer Asik + Chandler Parsons to MIA for Bosh.

Failing that, Joel Anthony + Mike Miller for Asik  They get a shot blocking defensive backup Center and a 3pt specialist, they need those right? 8-)
