So.... why exactly did Philly need a Royce White on their team?

We didn't give up anything so why not? We're tanking, might as well give him a chance given our situation.

The Philadelphia 76ers have agreed to acquire Royce White from the Houston Rockets for future draft considerations.

Philly is set up for the ultimate tank. Trade away all your talent. Check. Introduce a poisonous, cancerous distraction to the locker room. Double check.

We'll see if that ever reciprocates into anything. Sixers also received an international prospect, unnamed to this point, as well as cash considerations.

Regardless a future pick which likely has minimal value for a first round draft pick in last seasons draft is worth taking a risk on when we're simply evaluating talent this upcoming season without much of a worry of winning games.

Probably did it to even it out after getting so much for Jrue.

The Philly YMCA league is a year away from having a brand new star player.

Could work out well. Royce should be able to get some playing time and cities are a lot closer together in the East than they are out west. Hopefully Royce gets his mental health clause or whatever added to his contract so he can just shut up and play.

This guy is trash. Don't know why teams keep wasting their time with him.

1. Herro 2. Bol Bol 3. Seko 4. Bruno
unless we trade up for Barrett or trade down for PJ Washington
