Why Haven't we been seeking after a PG? What are we waiting for?

These stupid **** in the front office keep **** up. This is **** ridiculous. We lose Monta only to gain another chucker, with hopes of keeping dumbass Jennings here. Jennings was the worst player on our team for a month, and a plain out bitch, and they want to keep him over Monta? What the **** are these **** idiots doing? What a **** joke the Bucks franchise has turned into. 3 years for 24 for another Jennings who is a bitch. Just great, just **** great. Now instead of having 1 player kill team chemistry because they are better than the team,we will have 2. What a **** joke. The 3 year deal will take Mayo into 1 year of Seattle. Might as well max Birdman next

Ugh, rationalizing a below avg guy at $8 million per, because he's young and was a high pick is what another teams fan will be saying if they sign Jennings. Money could be worse but market was set with Redick, Martin, Korver so paying 10 per would be a joke for a guy coming off a meh year on a pillow contract. It could be worse but it's still not good

I don't think Mayo is a chucker. Give him 40 minutes a night and he'll produce with a decent shooting %.

Mayo is not below average. He's not a chucker. He's a significant upgrade from Ellis.

Ellis is not the one I want out,Jennigns is. Ellis and Mayo could actually do damage. Jennings is going to kill the team

Ellis has the lowest bball IQ of any player I've seen here in a long time. One of the most frustrating players I've ever seen on this team. Glad to see us move on.
We're going to turn this team around 360 degrees.

It's the combined stat of PER differential and on/off +/-. It's not perfect, as no stat is, but a logical way to judge a player. How well did you do production and efficiency wise in comparison to your opposition, and if you're not a stat stuffer or put up hollow stats, what is your effect on a team then to compensate.
It's there to correct mistakes like the misperception OJ Mayo is not worse than JR Smith. He is worse, because of defense, less ability to create quickly in late clock situations, and slightly lower efficiency over his career.
It's fairly useless since PER itself is quite useless and opponent PER is even worse.

From a pure having to watch him play upgrade, sure. On affecting wins, not even the slightest.

Ellis is not a Point Guard and has no interest in playing Point Guard, I don't understand how this is not apparent after 7 years in the league.

Guess Jennings has set such low standards for what a point guard is supposed to do for the team

Re: Mayo signs with Bucks - 3 years/$24 million per Woj
The problem I have most with Jennings is I see his potential. For whatever reason, he doesn't want to fully realize his full potential. He picks and chooses when he plays "the right way" (ie. smart and full effort) and doesn't seem like a leader that others want to follow.
He cares more about being a celebrity (or liked by them) over being the best basketball player he can be.
He has the tools to be a top 10 PG if he really committed to playing 82 games of pass first basketball, involving teammates and making them better.
He's just not right upstairs and I can't in good faith hand the keys to my franchise to a dude like that.

I didn't spend as much time here in the last year as I did in years gone by so I likely missed out on a lot of stuff. Who's been banned?
Plenty, RealGM Bucks Board is the Golden Dawn of forums.
I find your martyr complex to be quite sexy. Who can resist someone who needs to be the center of attention while playing the victim?
Irresistible.
