That guy ruined any playful banter opportunities with the Lakers board. There were a number of people that reported his post and asked for a board ban and considering his post history on this board, it made sense.

- Users with two strikes that have successfully appealed their Read-Only Access Status may appeal to have a strike removed.

- Users with three strikes or were banned from The General NBA Forum before the new policy was put into place are not eligible to appeal to have a strike removed.

- This will be one or two amnesty periods per year with the other one coming December 15 through January 15
