I wasn't aware we were going to impose logic into our comments now.

I wonder what direction the Lakers will go in now?

Do they tank?

Do they clear any long term salary off their books and try to rebuild through free agency in 2014?

We can take Gasol off their hands and give them nothing back :-)

Then take Nash for CV!

Throw in Blake and Hill for Stuckey too

another thing i just thought about with being so quiet in FA, is that we now dont have enough coming here to warrant amnestying CV, and i really dont want him here for another year.

my plan: AK47 for 2/12.(6p.y) JJ Hickson for 3/21.(7p.y) Jeff Teague for 4/24.(6p.y) that would fit under the cap before amnestying CV, so hopefully we can find something else/better so we can use it on him even though not using is probably joes plan all along because of cheap a*s gores

There are still pieces we could look at signing... but the dollars and length of contract would have to be right.

We still need a capable back-up PG...

We still need a capable wing

We still need a capable back up big man

The names may change but the needs stay the same

Too much.. Has to be Barnes/Bogut for Monroe/Stuckey, maybe even Jerebko if we can get them to take em.. Barnes has the potential to be an elite SF in the league, that's good enough for me..

I would only do this if we could guarantee the signing of JSmith to man the 4.

The defensive potential of our team, coupled with the fact there young, have room to grow and the sheer athleticism would cause fits for other teams.

I don't know, the deal seems legit to me, and I'd be happy with the team.

Sounds like ATL doesn't care too much for him. Hed be a good fit here and allow us to package Brandon for a SF.

Would be nice if we steal Teague and Josh Smith from Atlanta. Too bad we don't have a head coach.

This wouldnt be so bad, its a borderline playoff team.

Jeff Teague/Brandon Knight/Peyton Siva
Brandon Knight/Kentavious Caldwell-Pope/Kim English
Josh Smith/Kyle Singler/Khris Middleton
Greg Monroe/Josh Smith/Charlie V
Andre Drummond/Greg Monroe/Slava Kravstov

My thoughts exactly. I think Teague is underrated and would be a nice addition. Try to move Knight for a position we need or let him be a super sub off the bench.

yeap it's a playoff team for sure. Both Teague and Knight are solid shooters and with Smith and Drummond inside I wouldn't mind having an undersized back court.
