You ever feel like when there's a blockbuster movie, you need to watch it in the first week or else you'll hear so much of it that you feel pointless thereafter?

Happened to me with SLumdog, Man of Steel, Hunger games and Avengers although I managed to watch Avengers on Red Box.

SAO PAULO (AP) -- Police say enraged spectators invaded a football field, stoned the referee to death and quartered his body after he stabbed a player to death.

The Public Safety Department of the state of Maranhao says in a statement that it all started when referee Otavio da Silva expelled player Josenir Abreu from a game last weekend. The two got into a fist fight, then Silva took out a knife and stabbed Abreu, who died on his way to the hospital.

The statement issued this week says Abreu's friends and relatives immediately "rushed into the field, stoned the referee to death and quartered his body."

Local news media say the spectators also decapitated Silva and stuck his head on a stake in the middle of the field.

Police have arrested one suspect.

I can't get over that... All of it... It's just like hell on earth.
The coldest thing to me is the quotes from the local government and police... They just say, an eye for an eye is wrong, basically... That's it? Dude gets quartered on a soccer field and all you got for me is "an eye for an eye is wrong..."
There are some serious value of life issues around the world... But that has to be up there.
Never have rice at Hanzo's house...

i felt like the first half of the movie was at least somewhat understandable, but once they got to the party(s) and the second/third box i was like are you serious what is even happening.

Howard Mass wrote:RealGM Users,

Last September 5, The General NBA Discussion Forum Policy went into effect.

The policy has been a great success improving the discussion on our General NBA Forum.

Since the policy has improved the discussion, we have decided it is time to have an Amnesty Period.

During this time starting July 15 and ending August 15, users may appeal to have a strike removed.

Here are the rules

- Users with one strike may send me an appeal via PM that I would then forward to The General NBA Forum Moderator Appeals Committee to have their strike removed.

- Strikes committed during The Amnesty Period July 15-August 15 are not eligible to be appealed.

- Each User is allowed only one appeal and it must be sent between July 15 and Aug 15.

- To appeal, users must have no other infractions on The RealGM Forums for the past 6 months from the day the appeal is sent.

- Users with two strikes and Read-Only Access are not eligible to appeal to have a strike removed.

- Users with two strikes that have successfully appealed their Read-Only Access Status may appeal to have a strike removed.

- Users with three strikes or were banned from The General NBA Forum before the new policy was put into place are not eligible to appeal to have a strike removed.

- This will be one or two amnesty periods per year with the other one coming December 15 through January 15

If anyone has questions, feel free to post them here or send me a PM.

:dontknow:

Is a strike the same as a warning? because i have three of those.
They were pretty dumb ones.
First one was saying IBTL on a GB thread.
Second and third one were derailing gifs on the GB threads.
All were given by my favorite Mod Tsherkin (Then again I owe him for that one favor he did for me)

It's been a while since I've gotten one. How naive i was during my rookie days.
