well, I'm looking at Landry and Jack cash out.

then Im looking at someone like Collison receive such a cheap deal.
or dorrell wright on a 2 year/ 6 million dollar deal.

the new CBA rules have produced a mixed bag. Seems if ur below a certain talent threshold/ need, u will not break the bank at all.


under the old rules, Collison is worth more than this deal we gave him.
hopefully he opts in next year....would suck for him to play crazy behind CP and then bolt.

We got a legit starter for that price! Awesome pickup, Barnes plus Collison for MLE is better than whoever we were discussing last week.

I was pulling for this but didn't think it was going to happen. Love the pickup! The second year is a player option so he's likely a one year backup before opting out but I'm not sure we could have done better
