Andre Drummond's height?

what is it? when he was drafted scouts said he is 7'0, espn says he is 6'10, orhers says 6'11.

Without shoes he and Greg are both 6'9.75". With shoes they're both 6'11"

Drummond was measured at 6'11.75. In theory he should be listed as 7' (Which DraftExpress has him listed as). And hes closer to 300lbs now than 279.

All I know is that he looks massive. Like Shaq did when he first hit the league. The size is impressive enough. Its the speed he has that blows my **** mind.

He was measured at this with shoes. Greg Monroe in shoes is 6'11.25". All that means is that Drummond is wearing monstrous heels.

Correction: Greg is 6'11" exactly in shoes.

Hahah i know. They're true heights are 6'10. For some reason Monroe is listed at 6'1'' and Drummond is listed at 6'10".
Their NBA heights according to draftexpress should be Moose at 6'1'' and Dre at 7'. NBA Players are usually listed as their height with shoes on.

yeah i don't know why he isn't listed at 6'11" by ESPN.. and for hype sake why not 7'0"? since that is what he was measured at with shoes?

I know the serious comment wasant directed towards me,but its a legit concern with men that size.With his game basicaly dependent on jumping I dont want him getting any bigger than 300,I would like it if he stayed somewhere between 270-280.

I really thought Dre was gonna grow some more but that doesn't seem like it's going to happen but 6'11 is still good but not great size for a center. He's big but he's nowhere near as big as Shaq. Shaq was 7'1 350 pounds taller and thicker than Dre. Drummond beats Shaq in quickness and speed but Shaq has him bested everywhere else. Drummond really struggles against players taller than him

I think he'll do that easily. His weight comes from his freakish tree trunks he has for legs. That's a very good foundation.

So far he hasn't used his length (F### height) and weight to his advantage... once he learns leverage and angles then he can dominate on offense.

That is absolutely incorrect. Shaq was taller (7'1) and weighed 290lbs when he joined the NBA. Drummond weighs 270lbs, and is 6'11

Stating Ben Wallace was nowhere near as big as Shaq would be a correct statement.

How is 6'11 not a great size for a Center? We won a title, and nearly two with Ben Wallace playing C.
