This year was the first year ever I didn't buy a 2K game.

If I get 2K13, will they do a roster update for July? Or is the final one done after the 12-13 trade deadline?

Once the finals are over they stop updating rosters.

I like that will.i.am song with justin bieber - power - anyone that has a problem with that can rightfully kick my ass.

If you have NBA 2K13 on PC:
http://www.nba2k.org/2013/07/nba2k13-20 ... pdate.html

Hell after looking at that image, I might buy it on PC later because If you're expecting a console version:

Back in the day, before there was online updates, I used to print out all the rosters and manually update them throughout the season...

Just heard Yeezus... meh.

Only song I'm really feeling is Guilt Trip. The album as a whole isn't anywhere near My Dark Beautiful Twisted Fantasy.

I did the same thing. I'd also look at NBA.com's Trades And Transaction page.

I liked Bound 2 and New Slaves. That's pretty much it. I thought MCHG, although a weak album as well, had more replay for me. I liked Born Sinner over both of them.

Though lately in the office and during flights, I've been listening to Tribe a lot.

IMO Yeezus sucked, didn't like anything there might try and give it another listen.

I've been on a Mos Def binge recently, really enjoying Black on Both Sides and The Ecstatic

Before the .coms I used wait for the Star Ledger to hit my doorstep so I could check NBA transactions on the Sports Summary page, where all the standings and box scores were usually shown...

Actually remember one morning waiting for the paper to check for early pre-draft trades, and I found out Drazen was killed...you know, I don't think any of us actually remember how slow information was back then...I used to get the Sporting News because they usually did a pretty nice offseason break down of the NBA...all sports for that matter, and that's when it felt like a big colored newspaper...

Tribe, very nice...I've been a on a classic rock and British rock kick lately... :-o

Dude yes. The worst was you wouldn't find out the West coast scores or get a recap for two days if you didn't catch SportsCenter, which didn't run 24/7 either. That or find some type of live game and watch for the crawl. And then the boxscores often weren't full ones, they were the ones with just the numbers and the dashes!

Oh man, even though we're not that old, some of these people who are only like 8 years younger then us or so couldn't fathom how different things were without 24 hour a day 365 availability of information and in your face personal contact from everyone they know and don't know through expanded cable TV, social media and all internet outlets and forums.

Man there was a time when Caller ID was something only your rich friends had. Imagine that!

Yeah I remember Drazen dying, I think it took about a full day for it to make the news on major news and ESPN.

Sporting News was the ****. Slam magazine too, that was a great one.

Tribe, very nice...I've been a on a classic rock and British rock kick lately... :-o

British rock eh? We talking new stuff or classic?

Nah old ****, stuff I used to hear as a kid, bands my wife likes probably more than me, but I'm hooked on what we would listen to...and then of course your classic rock bands that I liked in HS even more so in college...some starting in late 60"s and or early 70's eventually breaking through the 80's, and I'm not that old...I was always in to rock, punk, some metal...can't really deal with country...but as much as I love hip hop, I listen to a lot of other stuff...Always listening to some alternative band from the 90's as much as I listen to I guess what is now old school rap...I try to keep up with the new stuff, whether its bands or rap artists...but time does fly and all of sudden there is a million bands, groups or artists you realize you still can't get enough of...

I found out way later in terms of information being given today. I found out a week later through the Sunday New York Times my father gets. I was a kid at the time so I didn't follow the Nets as closely and my friends didn't follow the Nets at all.

I'd say I have a nice variety of stuff I listen to. British rock though, I'm definitely not as attuned.

I just caught My Musical. I might go on a series binge one weekend.

Justin Bieber made an album with RuPaul back in 2010?
