Me....before we added Farmar/Young/Johnson
If we trade Blake for wing/big depth I want him back
The kid can play, and don't give the "It's Summer League" line crap....he proved it with us,he's proving it now

We can still sign him but given the guard depth we have right now, I don't see a chance for the guy. Even if we were to move someone, Sasha would be a higher priority than Mini Mamba.
Hes playing for Chicago and I hope he gets on that roster, he'll be a decent replacement for Nate.

true my fellow laker fan,but remember,he is still pretty young and can definitely develop his defense,he knows how to score, which we are in need of..kaman and young being scoring.johnson does as well but as much as them..I do think Andrew scoring 24 pts and 31 points is saying something.Aki wrote:i dont. dude can't guard a chair

i would rather have Sasha as well don't get me wrong.but Andrews up side and potential is very high.i do think he will make the bulls roster..and correct, our backcourt is too crowded.if Blake was moved, which I haven't heard any rumors of so will prob not happen,I would have Sasha.but I feel goudelock is the best for the long run.i think he has mass potential.Aki wrote:Tylerfisher51 wrote:true my fellow laker fan,but remember,he is still pretty young and can definitely develop his defense,he knows how to score, which we are in need of..kaman and young being scoring.johnson does as well but as much as them..I do think Andrew scoring 24 pts and 31 points is saying something.Aki wrote:i dont. dude can't guard a chair

not one single team outside of the lakers has even felt he's worthy of a roster spot, so its hard to have any regrets. having said that, i really hope he gets a shot somewhere.

I can see the Spurs picking him up. They always take up undrafted guys who can shoot.

his game isn't to facilitate tho.its to either jack up 3's or drive to the basket and do a floater every timeAki wrote:SlavaMedvedenko wrote:I can see the Spurs picking him up. They always take up undrafted guys who can shoot.

Well.. Gary Neal was at times atrocious for them and in any other team he'd look like he doesn't belong in the NBA.

Re: Who regrets the lakers not bringing back Andrew goudeloc
I'd take Hudson over him. Better PG skills, much better defender, better handles, same ability to score in a hurry.
EDIT: Would also like to add much better physical tools. Both are about 6-1, but Hudson has a 6-9 wingspan compared to Goudelock's 6-4 and a close to 3 inch advantage in standing reach. 3.4% BF when he was measured at the combine and a 36 inch vert.

gary Neal is more consistent on offense tho.goudelock is performing well but it's because he's starting.if Gary Neal was,he would put same numbers up most likelySlavaMedvedenko wrote:Aki wrote:SlavaMedvedenko wrote:I can see the Spurs picking him up. i would rather have Hudson as well.hes a much better well rounded player..but I'm not saying if we regret him not making the official roster.im really saying he should be on our summer league scoring 30 for us rather than the bulls.moonpie wrote:I'd take Hudson over him. and every other undersized shooting guard in the world would want that too, unfortunately there's a bit more to basketball than being a black hole on offense

Re: Who regrets the lakers not bringing back Andrew goudeloc
Glock would be perfect for MDA's system (just shoot and forget the D ... we will try to outscore the opposing team) ...
He is undersized to play SG and can't play PG because of poor handles ...
With our current guards i say it's ok to let him go ... i would have want him more if he could play D and be more of a PG ... if he could improve the handles and play PG then he wouldn't be undersized anymore ... he could shoot and have a good floater but i wouldn't want him to be my SG ...

I have a feeling a team will pick him up.
I like him. he is a very humble guy.
