I would like to Bebe play with the team this year. I know he won't get much time, but he will learn a ton from guys like Horford and Brand. He needs PT, so perhaps he goes to the d league too like Scott did last season. I just think he will learn a lot more here than overseas.

Nut sure, it depends of several things.
If he's in a D-league team where some guys wants to shine to get a contract, it won't help him, while playing in Spain league, against big and older guys who are fighting for the win more than shining themselves can be help more. There are also less space in Euro game, so he'd be in better position to learn post-up game in Spain than playing certainly more athletic game in D-League but with less defense, but it also depends on coaches and staff...
Since he already has athleticism, I'd send him where he can work on his post-up game and defense.

He is still under contract, and we'd have to buyout his contract just to have I'm sit on the bench here in the US. He's better off getting lots of playing time as a starter in one of the best Euro Leagues n the world while working to add muscle.

That way he can develop physically on someone else's dime.
