I don't watch enough of the Wizards to speak on Wall's leadership. But, I don't know if anyone is faster with the ball in his hands than him. It's like the dribbling isn't an issue while he's in a flat out spring.
I certainly don't see somebody like Jennings though. He hasn't had any spats with coaches, management or teammates that I can recall of hearing. He just has a shaky jumper, and wasn't a great defender, like all young point guards.
I was just throwing a name out there, really. I looked through the NBA and tried to find a somewhat reasonable PG target. Most of them aren't going to be available. The next best target (outside of Rondo) was Goran Dragic. While he's a nice player, he isn't really an elite PG and has a lot of flaws in his game.
