Please stop thinking we had our choice between Curry and Monta. They had their choice of who they wanted to give us, almost gave us Curry because of his ankles, but decided to keep him.

I have seen a few random links on Facebook talking about how the Bucks might sign and trade Jennings for Rondo. Anyone else hear that rumor or see it reported?

Rondo makes no sense for us. If we're serious about win now, we need perimeter players with range on their jumpers. And yet he's a perennial all-star, so it only makes sense to get him if we want to win now.

I also doubt the Celtics would mess with that.

Have not heard any concrete rumors. I would love it. Tell him yeah he won't win a championship in the next couple years, but he can help make the team relevant and get a stadium built. Then tell him he can rent out the stadium whenever he wants for free....

The only way this could be true would be if Jennings is basically an idiot since last year was a contract year for Jennings and he still launched terrible shots, shot a low %, and pouted for many games.

While I would obviously prefer he come back on the QO as opposed to him signing long-term, I don't think you can bring him back to this team in any fashion. He is simply not mature enough to separate the personal side and the business side of this situation.

With this franchise in dire straights the way it is we can't continue to have **** players that divide the locker room and promote a bad attitude/work ethic to the younger guys we might actually be able to build around at some point.

I too judge players based on highlights of a single game.

I'll bring him back on the q/o just to watch him shoot 35 shots a game, watch this team sink like a **** rock and watch him crying for a new deal all over next season.

The only thing I took away from watching that highlight is that we won't have to hear whoever yell out, "RRRRREEEEEEED" when the shot clock is winding down.
