I'm curious as to what Henny has going on.

It looks like he's trying to get a good mix of core young guys and established good-minded veterans. I think he's trying to make a roster where the YOUNGER guys are more of a component to the team such as being the main starters, whereas the BACKUPS are the level-headed veterans who are always ready to come in the game and also mentor the young guys.

I'm happy with this signing. He's a vet on a very good contract who brings some toughness to the team. Kind of surprised they didn't sign a true center, so I don't know if maybe there might be a trade coming, but nonetheless I think it's a really good signing.

Sorry. I don't think half the Magic fans would sign Kendall Marshall straight up for on a Minimum Contract. He is just that much unimpressive as he is a very poor statistical scorer and is one dimensional. No need as we already have 4 PG's on this team.

Plus, Nicholson is worth much more than that. Good luck tho. -BMP

Love the signing, love the length and structure of his contract, and I love the intangibles that Maxiell will bring to our roster. Very glad that we scooped him up. I'm actually surprised that some of the contenders in the league didn't try to scoop him up before us.

Yeah we have a glut at PF and no true backup to Vuc. O'Quinn is probably the guy but he also will be getting time at PF. But we have Harris, BBD, Nicholson, O'Quinn, and Osby and now Maxiel. Maxiel, BBD, O'Quinn, can play some center.

But still that is a lot of PFs so I wonder about trading Davis. I have always thought he was a trade candidate so this might hasten that but still I would say be patient as I don't think this means a trade is soon.
