i think i have seen about 5 plays this summer where biz has had the ball in the paint and handed off to a cutter on the baseline for a layup attempt. not sure that play works against a real defense, but its a positive sign that he makes that play.

the zeller at center experiment didnt go to well did it? that big white motha is eating his lunch down there. granted one of those blocks was a blatant foul. zeller is not ready for minutes at center, unless its small ball. and thats fine, because he just needs to focus on playing high post, stretch 4.

this game changed completely once biz went out of the game.

Jerome Dyson: 7-7 from the floor for 21 points while also dishing out 9 dimes. Very impressive performance from the 26-year old out of UConn. Dyson is a strong defender who is above average with the ball in the open floor and attacks the rim aggressively. Overall, I really like his game, especially if coaches/scouts believe that he can play PG in the league. From watching him so far in summer league, I’d have to guess that the biggest knock on him is that he looks for his shot more times than not — certainly an aspect of his game that could scare some away, but I believe his 11.8 PPG (53.6 FG%) & 5 APG so far in summer league may just be good enough to get him a training camp invite.

Sounds similar to the point guards we have now, is that a positive or a negative?

dyson deserves a camp invite. expect seth curry to get a camp invite as well. still prefer pargo.
