Ran into Kemba last night
So I was at the block party downtown Hartford CT last night and I was at the beer stand waiting to buy a beer and I look over and Kemba is like 3 feet from me double fistin coronas ahaha. He had a bunch of his boys around him so I didnt want to run up and say that im a huge fan besides thats the last thing he would want while hes out trying to enjoy himself before he has to go to Vegas for Team USA tryouts.

Was it the "Taste of Hartford"? I'm not sure, haven't been home in a while.
It has been written...

Double fisting coronas? Not a good sign. We need the kind of point guard that makes intoxication easier for his teammates. A play making PG would carry a tray of tequila shots.

No it wasnt the taste of Hartford, its right in front of all the bars on Asylum street they close the street and have beer stands and mechanical bulls and stuff like that.

Re: Ran into Kemba last night
Pretty cool. On New Year's Eve I was walking past the back entrance of TWC Arena toward Uptown around 10pm, the back area was totally empty then a limo pulled up to the curb and Kemba walked out, on his way to whatever concert was playing that night. I was so shocked I didn't know what to do, so I just said "Yo Kemba!" and he turned, pointed, smiled and said "What's up" then walked in the door with security around him.

i am surprised how few times i have run into bobcat players around town recently. then again, i pretty much never go anywhere so....
did catch tyrus thomas once at the cotswold harris teeter and saw ben gordon walking down the sidewalk in front of TWC during the marathon.
