1)Doesn't get to rim much
2)Poor Jump Shooter
3)Not a huge # of assists
4)Poor Defender

Thing is this is how he came into the league. He has never improved one aspect of his game in what 4 years.

That seems like it would be a fun thing to send him on twitter. I wonder if he's seen it. And if he has, what his reaction to it being sent to him might be.

Even better, share it with Larry Sanders who shared the video by Grantland regarding post defenders highlighting himself. He echoed the line "Stats don't lie." in his tweet.

If we have to get Brandon back on the QO or a negotiated contract, especially the latter, at least his teammates led by Larry would be able to hold him accountable.

It worked really well when Boylan benched him, holding him accountable that is?(sorry my comp is out of green) :D

I think he needs to stop streetballing all summer and work with an actual trainer like Larry Sanders did at IMG to work on specific weaknesses. Streetballin isn't going to make Jennings a better player.

In fairness, have we heard anything else about him playing in pro-ams this summer? Feels like this is the first time this summer. I think he was working out at Under Armour before, not sure if he's got a skills guy though.

Yeah he worked with the UA trainers all last off season and it looks like he is doing the same thing this offseason. From the vids last off season he worked a lot on strengthening his body (Bucks approved and suggested) and put up a bunch of shots. Not sure what his focus is this offseason.

Boylan didn't command too much respect with a good deal of the locker room and his offensive system was just about as bad as Skiles'.

With Larry Drew, Brandon will be told ahead of time what role is expected of him and will have a coach that will speak to him on a regular basis.

I'm not endorsing bringing him back at this point but if they're going to at least people Brandon respects could speak to him about checking himself before he possibly even ruins his career prospects*.

Larry Sanders would be #1 on the current roster, along with Delfino (hell, send the video to https://twitter.com/cabezadelfino) and Ridnour (he's seen Godnour in action).

But if Brandon's a goner, then flip side of the coin, Larry and Carlos will have evidence of why he wasn't worth keeping around. Will any of them care if he's here or not? Udoh? He's probably gone too.

to a large extent though, the negative play in that video has to be on his coaches. his long jumper is ugly, and he rarely stays upright. he has to torque his body to get enough power and loft over taller defenders. he's overplaying his man on defense constantly when he's got the speed to stay in front. if he's throwing up shots like that and getting beat consistently in practice, it should be assessed. if he's only doing it in-game, it should be assessed. of course it's on him to refrain from chucking up those shots, but who's ever stopped him? coach: 'your shooting form is terrible. if you cannot release the ball over the defender from a vertically upright stance, do not shoot the ball.' if he doesn't listen, oh well. unfortunately his career has hit a crossroads because of this, and it's going to be very hard trying to un-teach this old dog.

When do we think a resolution will be reached with Jennings and our PG situation? I'm getting restless and just want this off-season to be over with.

This is going to drag on forever. Nobody wants Jennings and he doesn't want the QO. This is worse than the Dwightmare.

Let's give him to DAL, they seem to be collecting player's from last year's awesome MIL playoff team

Bucks should give one 2nd round pick to every team they can and that team gets there name put into a hat. Then the Bucks draw from the hat of teams that got a second round pick and the loser picked has to take Jennings.

Bucks could withdraw QO and renounce him and BJ would immediately get calls from Heat, Lakers, Knicks for BAE or min. (as they probably all used their MLE already). Low pay - Big Market -what does BJ do?

Heat are a classy organization, they don't need bums like Jennings. I could see the Knicks taking a flyer on him, they're dumb enough to do it.
Bucks tricked me into being a diehard in 2001, LeBron is the 2nd best player ever, and pizza is awesome.

This is just an idiotic post. First of all I don't know if I would call Miami a "classy" organization. I'm not a fan of Jennings style of play or how he pouted in the second half of last year, but to call him a "bum" is over the top. You can find plenty of "bums" in the NBA- who father multiple kids from multiple women (Shawn Kemp style) or have arrest records- as far as I know BJ hasn't been involved in any of that.

This is exactly what we shouldn't do. Why would we just give away an asset? I know at this moment he doesn't look like much of an asset, but still he is for this very reason. I know that many feel he's an addition by subtraction. No one says you have to start him or even play him.

Good teams could afford to use Jennings in that Jason Terry role. You don't produce after a few minutes you get yanked, you swag it up you stay in. Plus I would bet that in an LA for example his # of swag games would go up.

Either he's a S&T or he signs the QO. Put Jennings into that Terry role if it makes you a better team. What do you really have to lose? If you actually won some games players might be a bit more willing to play here. Even a Jennings in a Jason Terry role perhaps.

At this point, how about a deal with Toronto;

MKE IN: Landry Fields, Terrence Ross
MKE OUT: Jennings

Fields has two years on his deal, so nothing really long term, and you get Ross to back up Mayo and who knows maybe he takes off and is your SG of the future.

Right, they only want pure class like Haslem and Birdman.

Eddy Curry was on the Heat. LeBron would get Riley to take a shot if Pat wasn't already okay with bringing him in.

A capped out team would have to be **** (Please Use More Appropriate Word) to not take a shot on Jennings for the minimum. Seriously. There's a lot of bad things you can say about Jennings and his game, but if we're talking about him at the minimum then there isn't even a debate to be had.

So?

The point is to turning Jennings into Ross. I'd prefer him to a second round pick, Landry just makes the dollars and cents work in a position we need a player.
