I was in Niagara Falls a couple of weekends ago for a mates bucks night. There was about 8 of us I guess and we ended up at a strip joint.

I just don't understand the attraction when it comes to strippers.

We got to the strip club at about 9:30pm and most of the guys didn't leave until 3:30am. That's 6 freaking hours at a strip club!

I just don't get it. What am I missing?

It's called the Sundowner Club.

Not a bad standard of chick - and there were LOADS of them.

Bottoms down, totally nude. Full grinding. We were talking with one chick and she was saying it was full contact, basically what ever the dancer felt comfortable with.

$5 cover, $6.50 beers, $20 lap dance per song.

Not a bad ratio of real to fake boob - but way more fake than real.

No pregnant stripper - but they did have a kitchen and served food, which I found kind of weird. Munching on a burger when there is a bearded clam in my face is about the least appetizing thing I can think of.

It was a Thursday night when we were there and at 9:30pm there wasn't too many people but at 12:30pm when me and one of my mates left the joint was packed (and the number of girls had increased to match).

Panthers Training Camp starts Friday with the Back To Football Party in Spartanburg, I live one town over so I will probably be there in the 375° weather.

I live about 25 minutes away in Tryon, NC so I will be there sometime during training camp as well.

I used to be the videographer for App State football and never before was I more miserable in my life than standing out in the sun at Wofford's field for 3 straight hours with a heavy camera 100 ft in the air.

Always wanted to go to training camp though. I am so glad NFL is here.

Hey amcoolio, now that Bargnani has been traded, how long before the Raptors fans that won the rights to your location get to put "Servant to the Gay Lord"?

These rules from the Huddle are hilarious:

- Autographs are given before and after practices. Line up at the fence near the athletic buildings about an hour before the scheduled practice. Not all players will sign. Some of the regulars that will sign most of the time are Steve Smith, Jon Beason, Jordan Gross, and Deangelo Williams. Ron RIvera will also usually sign.

- Kids are given priority during autograph time, as they should be. If you are an adult trying to push aside a child you will be called out and shamed for it.

- When you first arrive, look for the video cameras at the top of the large blue lifts. Whichever field they are pointing at will be the field that sees most of the action that day. Pick your spot accordingly.

- Bug spray, bug spray, bug spray, bug.... spray.

- If you visit the Beaconrestaurant, be sure to say "a plenty" after your order to ensure maximum heart clogging damage

- Cameras are allowed, but video cameras are not. You may be asked to put them down.

- If it seems like players are ignoring you and your screams at them during practice, its because they are. They are there to work, not to listen to your opinions.

- Shade is at a premium. Get there early to grab a spot under one of the trees on the hill.

The bolded is my favorite.

the plot wikipedia has on the doc does lead me to believe that the film is mainly on the deal their owners got during the merger. do you remember about it? they didn't get to join the NBA, so their owners received the rights to something like 2% of the league's TV income, what back then was a very poor number. now they couldn't be more happy about the deal, of course.

the title "Free Spirits" does make me a bit more helpful that it will also focus on such free spirits like Marvin Barnes and Fly Williams. I would also love to see that rare ABA footage.
