I accept always hard to move Kobe from LA but he will be treated like a king in toronto and given the keys to the city. I get Ross and 2 picks to add to the rebuild whilst Rudy Gay is an all star calibre player who I can flip if I feel needed. Gray expires so meh and Landry is a young, solid rotation player.

League Memo: Suns and Pistons agree to deal (#30)

The Phoenix Suns and Detroit Pistons came to terms on a four-player deal Wednesday night. In the deal, the Suns will acquire veteran F Jeff Green as well as G Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, who was the 8th selection in the 2013 NBA Draft. Phoenix will also receive the Mavericks' 2014 1st round pick (Top-20 protected) and Detroit's 2014 2nd. In return, the Pistons will receive F Caron Butler and G Eric Bledsoe.

The Suns' organization felt this was an important step in the rebranding of the franchise. Green will be going to the best medical staff in the NBA, and Caldwell-Pope produces on both ends of the court and has solid potential.

As good as Reggie Jackson has been, Collison's role on a cheap contract, and the current makeup of the team, OKC could not turn this down. Turner at times shows flashes of an all star level player, while his inconsistency makes him look less then so. This makes him a great 6th man at our weakest position, on a depleted bench. Whether paired with Curry/Durant or Curry/Thabo, Turner's shooting problems will be masked and this might be the best situation for Turner to put it together as he is still young.
