Poor Ryno.

With that said....and his age and injury history....it's hard to tell how he would perform, yet it would be a good gamble. If he does great....we can resign him for hopefully a cheaper price...if not...we save the money that would have been owed for afflalo and davis. I really also liked what i saw from plumlee in the summer league....he's a huge body....yet rather athletic...helping him on the boards and defense.

I had it on Amazon since day one because of the no tax charged and free shipping, but I just traded in a bunch of games and got $200 in credit. Great time to trade in games there. They also got more pre-orders available today.

Why not the XBOX? Personally, I'm going with PS4, but IDK, I still feel like XBOX has potential.

That's great! I would love to get one at launch but I might have to wait a few months. Getting any games with it?MellowRose wrote:Why not the XBOX? Personally, I'm going with PS4, but IDK, I still feel like XBOX has potential.
I'm mainly a Playstation fan anyways, so I was already going to get a PS4, but to me it's just a better buy anyways. The PS4 is a better machine as far as specs go and it's still $100 cheaper. I also could care less about the Kinect, as well as the TV stuff.
Also, Sony has better first party games in my opinion. I mean as far as I'm concern Naughty Dog is the best developer out there, I absolutely love their games. Microsoft basically has only Halo and Gears of War, two franchises that I like but have really gotten tired of. Halo 4, while a good game, did nothing for me, and this is coming from someone who used to be a huge Halo fan. All their other first party games I either dont care about or you can just play on the PC.
So yeah, I just think what the PS4 offers is a lot more appealing than the Xbox One, but that's just my opinion. I won't say I'll never get an Xbox One, because I do own a PS3 and 360, but for now I'm only going PS4.

Well, at first it was the draconian policies that the Xbox One was going to have, but when the specs came out, the PS4 was revealed to be more powerful then the Xbox One (8 GB of GDDR5 ram compared to Xbox One's 8 GB of DDR3 ram, that's just one of them) and the PS4 is $100 cheaper and doesn't force me to get a Kinect that I do not want.
Another thing that pushed me back was the fact that every media app on the Xbox One is behind the Xbox LIVE Gold pay wall. So, if I wanna watch Netflix, then I'M FORCED to get Gold. I would usually just buy Gold, but times are right now. Plus, PSN+ gives you free games every month with their subscription and you can play them as long as you are a PSN+ member. It's kind of like Netflix, but with games.
Overall, I'm just pleased that Sony is doing everything with their system, made it more powerful then their competition, same hard drive, no draconian policies in the beginning, no forced Spying Kinect, and overall the system is just smother.
You should add me on PSN when I get it and we can play some NBA 2K14.
Also, for future reference, I was an Xbox fanboy for the original Xbox and the Xbox 360, now I'm just a gaming fanboy because of this gaming generation.

If you haven't yet, you should try pc gaming. With an Xbox 360 controller, it's the best gaming device out there. Of course, it cost quite a bit more, but if you have a good pc already, it's just the price of the card. I play NBA 2k13 fully modded out at 1440p (complete with 2013 rookies, new coaches, pelicans arena, hornets arenas, plus tons of graphic mods). It really is an amazing experience. It's like playing 2k14 already.
