duh - not a great off-season for Denver.

As the evidence adds up, I'm really happy Tim Connelly is no longer part of the Wizards front office. They've become a complete mess in a little over a month since he's had the job. I don't know many GMs that could destroy a 57-win team faster than he has.

So, the Bucks signed center Miroslav Raduljica to replace Ayon. So they appear to be overloaded up front.

One might say their free agent signings have gone from pachuliar to raducalous.

No?

What makes it really bad is that those clowns wound up with the guy (Nate) we should have had.

The thing that really got me is - trading Koufus for practically nothing. He should be a very valuable commodity - a starting center making chump change for a... starting center.

And they also signed Hickson - for a reasonable price, but what are they going to do with him? Faried's gotta be wondering what's going on.

And the winner of that trade was clearly Memphis... the trade bumps them up in my mind.

PG: Conley, Bayless
SG: Allen, Miller, Wroten
SF: Prince, Pondexter
PF: Randolph, Davis
C: Gason, Koufos

If Ed Davis can step up and do what Arthur did plus more (Davis is in a contract year and will be a RFA next summer)... I like that team.

Joerger will definitely have Pondexter and Miller out a bit to help Gasol and Zbo out. They also got a couple of young shooters from Dallas... one of them might make the final roster too.

Yeah, Darrell Arthur makes Ed Davis look like Karl Malone. Memphis committed grand larceny.

Must be because Koufos disappears during the playoffs, whereas Mozgov...well, he doesn't disappear as much.

Maybe you've identified a trade partner that EG can win against now and then. Maynor for Robinson?

The Kings are discussing a contract extension with Cousins. Because having a baby always saves the relationship.

Good move by them. Pacers could use a vet inside scorer to ease the PT load by Hibbert and West. They need to go for the title now.

They need an upgrade at PG badly and just guard depth in general. If they gave up nothing to get Scola, great. But if it costs Danny Granger it's a poor move; they need to use Granger for guard depth. George Hill is a nice player but his ball handling and vision are too poor for a PG. Their guard rotation is George Hill, CJ Watson, and Lance Stephenson. That's it.

He's their GM? Didn't they hire a new guy just 2 years ago? Or does Connelly work for him?

Whatever... you are certainly right that the moves they've made moved them right around the bend.

Per ESPN, Granger not in trade.

Pacers only gave up Gerald Green in the deal.

Good move. They need a PG now and they could win the East. I just don't know who they could get at this juncture though who is a pure PG

They got C.J. Watson in FA - they had to give up Plumlee in the trade.

Brandon Jennings isn't a pure PG, but I wonder if Granger for Jennings+filler would work for both teams. Fills a huge need for Milwaukee and upgrades the talent in Indy's backcourt. Jennings doesn't solve all of Indy's backcourt problems but he gives them another option. I guess a lot would ride on the type of contract Jennings got.
