are the warriors cutting Clark?

I think Pargo will resign as the 3rd PG. If for some reason that doesn't happen, I would like to see them look at Darius Morris. I would bring in Austin Daye for a workout.

Being completely honest, unless the Bobcats can create a role for Brandan Wright...I just don't see the point of signing anyone other then Henderson, then filling out the roster with younger guys. But with Pargo around as a "break glass in case of emergency" guy.

Clark is a free agent.
Golden State, Portland and Utah are among the teams expressing interest in Clark.

Clark finished his 12 summer league games shooting 45.9 percent (28-for-61) from 3-point range
Apparently he's too good a shooter for CHA to be interested.

Brandan Wright resigned with DAL.

Count on PEW Jr and Jerome Dyson being our two free agent signings. Not very exciting.

Dyson makes sense, but to bring in PE Jr. is just another pity move ala Cory Higgins. I really hope we don't have to watch him play significant minutes for a backup
Mike Malone was never given a fair chance in Sacramento, and Ranadive will soon come to regret that, when he's on top of the WC inevitably contending somewhere

While chasing a ring in a different city is still an option for Jamison, the Charlotte Bobcats seem to be the frontrunner to sign him at this point. Jamison grew up in Charlotte and is interested in returning home and living year-round with his four children. He flirted with the Bobcats last offseason for this very reason, and may decide to join them now. While he would most likely have to endure a losing season, he’d get to play a large role and be one of the team’s veteran leaders alongside Al Jefferson and Ben Gordon as well as his former teammates Ramon Sessions and Brendan Haywood

Woj reports that Mozgov has signed a 14 million deal for 3 years with Denver.

I suspect there won't be many people who'll find the contract adequate.

I think Mozgov's a sleeper and mentioned in this thread pre-Jefferson and pre-Koufos trade that I thought we should try to steal him from DEN. That's going to end up looking like a good deal for a 7 footer with good mobility.

Sorry, I am really not a fan of Jamison. I thought he acted like a me-first butt chunk when he was on the bottom feeding Cavs.

What? I don't get the fascination with him. Yeah, hes tall. Yeah, he puts up decent stats for an extra backup. So let's pay some ridiculous sum of money.

I'm basically hoping the Bobcats sign Henderson to something reasonable, Jamison to a 1 year, and take a chance on a young wing that can shoot the 3.

Re-sign Gerald Henderson to a 3-year/$19 million deal, sign Antawn Jamison to a 1-year veteran minimum deal, sign Austin Daye (young wing that can shoot the 3) to a 1-year deal, and then sign the winner of the 3rd PG battle between Jannero Pargo/Jerome Dyson/Seth Curry in training camp

Tinsley nearly signed with the Brooklyn Nets earlier in the offseason, but the team ultimately decided to go with Shaun Livingston instead, according to sources close to the situation. Now, Tinsley is weighing his options and considering several other teams such as the Dallas Mavericks, Houston Rockets, Charlotte Bobcats and Phoenix Suns among others.

We have about 2.9m in cap left, Gary Neal just got 3.5m per.

Who is available for around about 2.9m?

That would serve a purpose of course.

We could give Austin Daye a shot. If we don't retain Pargo, Keyon Dooling would be a guy I'd like to pick up, if we want to have one more guard.

Blair, Brewer, Xavier Henry, Daye, Ivan Johnson, Charles Jenkins, James Johnson, Terrence Williams, Nolan Smith are really the only half interesting names left over that could sign for 2.9M or less (mostly minimum) to a non-playoff team IMO. I wouldn't mind giving Jenkins a shot. Warriors fans said he was decent.

Charles Jenkins is close friends with Kemba. It's a real possibility. I like Jenkins as a 3rd PG on our team.

Seth Curry can shore up that 3rd PG spot just fine.

As if it really matters with Walker and Sessions.

I also thought about mentioning Blair and Ivan Johnson, but do we really have the playing time these guys would like to have? I'd rather just keep a hungry Adrien. Ivan Johnson could be a problem, if he gets unhappy over lack of PT or wins.

We're about to enter the season of decent players getting waived for lack of roster space. So far, conjecture is that Erick Green (DEN), Daniel Orton (OKC), Mike Scott (ATL), Greg Smith (HOU) might be out at their current teams.
