Bucks send

Teague 8,000,000
Henry 884,293

Total of 8,884,293

to the Jazz for

Burks 2,202,000
Rush 4,000,000

Total of 6,202,000

Salaries are within 150% of each other and 5 million of each other.

Burks is a nice SG prospect that will help round out our roster at the 2 spot. With Bledsoe on board, Teague was a little redundant.

Confirmed. Burks hadn't shown much and Teague is still only 25 and signed to a very reasonable contract.

Accepted. Please update rosters.

After countless hours of negotiating Charlotte and Memphis have agreed on a trade.

Cha Sends:
-Making Grizzlies pick top 8 protected in 2014
-Ramon Sessions: 5,000,000
-Andre Roberson: 1,110,840

Total - $6,110,840 x 1.5 = $9,166,260

Mem Sends:
-Andrei Kirilenko: 3,183,000
-Jerryd Bayless: 3,135,000
-Quincy Pondexter: 2,225,479
-Charlotte 2014 1st (top 10 protected) (top 8 protected in 2015) (unprotected in 2016)
-Memphis pick if it falls after 1-8 if not, then I get memphis 2015 1st 1-5 and 15-30 or unprotected in 2016 if not obtained in 2015.

Total - $8,543,479

Bobcats accept. We get a starting SF in AK47 more guard depth in Bayless and Pondexter. We think Grizzlies will be top 3 anyways so we are happy to make it top 8 protected

I accept despite the criticism. My focus is on building with cap space and my pick and this deal solidifies my chance of keeping my pick. I wasn't planning on retaining any of those guys anyhow and my focus is getting in the best position to make a push in free agency and the draft. I can understand why a lot of people have question marks but to me the assurance of having my 2014 pick is a very valuable thing to have and I don't feel like the Charlotte pick would have been that great anyhow so my major piece that I'm giving up is my future pick. I'm banking a lot on this off season but I feel very comfortable that I can get a lot accomplished.

Blockbuster Trade between Pistons and Spurs

Detroit Receives:
Tim Duncan - $10,361,446
Trevor Ariza - $7,727,280
JJ Hickson - $5,150,000
Total: $23,238,726

San Antonio Receives:
Serge Ibaka - $12,350,000
JR Smith - $5,565,000
Chauncey Billups - $2,500,000
Total: $20,415,000

Pistons accept. I really like Serge Ibaka as a player, but I just thought the Pistons had too much of the same thing in him and Larry Sanders. In order to create some more flexibility, I decided to move Ibaka and got a great package in return.

Tim Duncan, a future Hall of Famer, who I believe has at least one full season at full power. We all saw how close he came to leading the Spurs to a Championship just two months ago. Paired with Larry Sanders in the frontcourt, he will be able to do what he does best.

JJ Hickson serves as a major upgrade for my frontcourt depth. Not only is he one of the best scoring big men in the NBA, he comes on a very reasonable contract. Having him as part of the deal also takes pressure off of Tim Duncan to play big minutes.

Trevor Ariza is a great two-way player who comes on a large expiring contract. Couldn't ask for more from a back-up wing.

Rajon Rondo/Mo Williams
OJ Mayo/Wayne Ellington
Caron Butler/Trevor Ariza/Jae Crowder
Tim Duncan/Kenyon Martin/James Johnson
Larry Sanders/JJ Hickson/Ivan Johnson

I accept. Great young core while saving money this season.
Fun negotiations and understanding :)

Warriors do this because we like the cap space. We think going forward LRMM is obviously the better value due to Marion's age but we are kind of in "win now," so Marion will help. Good dealing Houston.
