When you're a PG and your worst skill is court vision, you're gonna have a bad time in the league.

Knight will make you a believer one game, and immediately sh** the bed in the next three. It's a dreadful cycle. He has all the physical tools to be great, but doesn't have the BBIQ.

No court vision and looks down when he dribbles.

Knight will be a 3 and D player that might eventually be a Ramon Sessions with a decent shot......if not, he will be the inconsistent version of George Hill

He is a good athlete, 3 point shooter and defender and has a great work ethic but struggles when it comes to BBIQ. I'll be rooting for him in Milwaukee and hope he has a good career.

Knight best attribute is his rebounding, not exactly what you would expect from a guy supposed to be your PG ;).

He is Milwaukee's problem now, thank God.

If you pair Knight+Mayo with a franchise SF, that will work pretty good.

Hopefully Milwaukee can tank and add Parker or Wiggins to the mix, Henson and Sanders is a nice pair too.

Currently is a homeless man's George Hill. Still young and could end up as a poor man's Jason Terry.

Jennings just needs to remove his head from his ***, Knight needs to learn how to dribble with his eyes up, pass, run a pick & roll, initiate an offensive set......

We didn't have enough close games for him to shine in crunch time but he is a not afraid of the big shot and made a ton of clutch shots in college including 2 game winners in the tournamnet

Great kid with decent talent, but he's got a shooting guard's game in a point guard's body.
Comments to rationalize bad contracts -
1) It's less than the MLE
2) He can be traded later
3) It's only __% of the cap
4) The cap is going up
5) It's only __ years
6) He's a good mentor/locker room guy

Was in the running for worst starting point guard in the league until Calderon took over PG. Knight seems very quick--his feet move so fast--but when you look up, his defender is right there. He does not get by defenders well--a big problem for a PG. I think it's an issue with him not getting low enough to the ground--might just be a limitation athletically. His body seems rigid and upright when he has the ball. He does not seem to have great start/stop speed, and change of direction isn't so good. I remember one good crossover out of him.

I still wonder if that speed potential can become realized--or if it's a mirage. He did look quite able--at times--to move damn fast defensively (especially in those games where it seemed like he had special motivation against a certain player). He does not steal the ball much--a noted weakness coming out of college, and something that makes us wonder, why not?

Early on, he showed a decent floater that has potential, but last year, I don't think he used it nearly as much.

He had a handful of awesome games (like ten assists, no turnovers, good shooting . . .). He has made nice passes before--just way too many games where he could not put it together.

As much as people label him a hard worker, one would think he would have better performances. I don't think he brings it every night (as he has had some games where he clearly tried harder and had a great impact on the game). He is young, though, and I was hoping he would grow into a consistent performer--at least as a top-notch defender--and maybe as a PG overall.

Let's not forget that sweet drive and monster dunk he had--if only he did that more often (but Stuckey has done that before, too).

You will like Knight. I don't view him as a poor mans this or a homeless mans that. He is a solid player who will show some flashes of brilliance but at this point has some serious flaws in his game that need to be addressed. He is as good of a guy as there is in professional sports. He is going to make an impact in the league somewhere, somehow. He has too much skill and too much work ethic to fail. I like the trade for both teams and it makes sense given where each franchise is. Knight will be a class act and many of you will fall in love with the kid just like many did in Kentucky and Detroit.
