Agreed. Was it just me or did the uni's seem very plain with the lettering on the front being way to small?

First and foremost, PELICANS. Naming a basketball team off of a specific Dinosaur because of Jurrasic Park, out there but ok. Naming a hockey team off of a Disney Movie, No...just no. Somehow Pelicans has topped those two.

The uniforms look like they were created in 2k. Jay-Z set a bad precedent even though I like the Brooklyn jerseys.

I'm from New Orleans, and even I don't mind the name. Don't get me wrong, my favorite team by far is Charlotte, but I still rep a few things Pelicans. I actually just got a new shirt in with the Pelican's logo.

If the team is decent, and the players bond well with the city, the fans will love the team, no matter what the name is.

The 'Cans could have done so much more jersey design wise. The logo and alternates are great, but the jerseys are extremely bland. They are worse than our inaugural jerseys. I have a feeling they'll change again in a few years.

Nothing screams exciting and new like navy blue. That font is terrible too. "Pelicans of the Old West! C'mon on down to the arena and watch the rootenous tootenous basketballing this side of the Pecos!" *shoots revolver in the air*

Oden is a douche!!!!

Obviously he will just get hurt and then he will keep adding to his millions and have a ring to show for it. This dude is just coning more and more people.

He should be forced to play for the Blazers for League min until he retires.

That would be a pretty good idea. To make drafted players in the top 10 owe the team service time if they get hurt and can't play their entire rookie contract. The players union would throw a complete bitchfit but it would give more rights to the teams and they definitely deserve it
Mike Malone was never given a fair chance in Sacramento, and Ranadive will soon come to regret that, when he's on top of the WC inevitably contending somewhere

I love to imagine a scenario in this hypothetical world where Sean May would attempt an NBA comeback, yet we wouldn't want his fat ass back, thus his doors to the NBA would be forever closed.

So Oden would owe the Blazers 246 games of service time. He played 82 and his rookie contract would have been for 4 years.

My picks:
2020 Draft (3rd pick) - Tyrese Haliburton, Devin Vassell, or Onyeka Okongwu
2021 Draft (11th pick) - Moses Moody

Cousins was apparently trash during the team USA camp.

Thank God we didn't trade for all that.

Yeah, I'm all for giving really talented but knuckleheaded big men a shot and even I'm against DMC as a Hornet. Dude makes no effort to change.
