I could watch him take that ball in his hand like a size 56 grapefruit and go for the smash all day long.

Haha yea, he seems like such a loveable guy too. Just watching that video again. Kid is living his dream, really hope he can become someone the city and fans of Milwaukee can love.

Really like this kid. This might be our tide changer, finally some good luck. We shall see, but a good kid, hard worker with tons of talent. A pretty good mix.

Legs are super skinny. His upper body is a little stronger actually than I had thought.

Good video.

Those worried about Giannis taking a beating in the regular season remember that Durant weighing 216lbs and not being able to put up a single rep on the bench press at the combine started his first regular season game 2 days after his 19th birthday (or 68 days older than Giannis) and averaged 34.6 minutes per game.

Not sure if this has been discussed, but in his interview with Sparky, Ted Davis, etc on the Big Show I heard him say his doctors told him he could still be growing for 2 more years?

If that is true he could easily end up around 7 feet

Yeah, if they stood next to each other, arms extended, they would cover the entire distance from the rim to the 3 pt line... :o

Really fun pick all the way around! He has a very infectious smile, and did all the right things in vid/tour. I definitely can envision a little more height too. GA is running on skis and has monster hands!!!
I needs shades for this future thing we owning..... 8-) 8-) 8-)

Interesting that Google translates his first name to "John".

"John Antetokounmpo officially signed the Milwaukee Bucks and now started work as we have to prepare accordingly in view of the training camp of the team and the "Deer" ... showed his progress!"
At a party given by a billionaire, Kurt Vonnegut informs Joseph Heller that their host had made more money in a single day than Heller had earned from his novel Catch-22.

Heller responds, “Yes, but I have something he will never have — ENOUGH.”

Is Giannis' standing reach as long as Kevin Durant's?

I have the same name with him, and yes, Yiannis=John. The original name is Ioannis=Johnathan that is what written on my ID card, but the last person that called me Ioannis was the priest that made my christening ceremony :D

Met him at State Fair on Friday. First impression, LONG and most of all young. The way he moves and looks he is very much the 18 year old we think he is. I think he does have room to grow for sure. Very soft-spoken and polite, seems excited just to be here.

On a side note, before he got there some guy working for the bucks was discussing this season with a fan...

--25-30 minutes a night, don't know if he will start but if not he will be on the court at the end of the games - for Knight

--Giannis, looking at 10-15 minutes a game.

Return to Milwaukee Bucks
