Remember every player is in their prime.
Here are the rosters for your consideration:

Spoiler:
G: Steve Nash
G: Glen Rice
F: Caron Butler
F: Theo Ratliff
C: Pau Gasol
6th man: Matt Barnes
Head Coach: Tom Thibodeau
I think my team is pretty straight forward. The goal was to surround Nash with the shooters+pick n roll players he needs to run a GOAT level offense. With Pau, he not only gets a big who can PnR with him, but also a solid defensive player in the middle. Next to Theo (who made a few all defensive teams+led the league in blocks) they have enough defense+rebounding in the middle to let their high powered offense destroy other teams. Rice is a deadly shooter and will be getting wide open looks all day while Caron will offer a go to scoring threat when Nash is tired/off (which is rare). Matt Barnes is the ultimate hustle player that can be subbed in for defensive assignments/when the team wants to really get out and run. Thibs is the ideal coach for this team as Nash has proven it doesnt matter who the coach is (see Gentry), he just needs capable players to run high level offense. Thibs in the meantime will be creating defensive schemes that will lock down anything they see, as he is imo the smartest defensive coach in the league. its no coincidence wherever he goes a great defense follows.

Spoiler:
Team LakeShow
PG: Norm Nixon
SG: James Worthy
SF: Elgin Baylor
PF: Kurt Rambis
C: Elmore Smith
6th man: Isaiah Rider
Head Coach: Doc Rivers
The balance of my team is ridiculous in it's own right, more importantly my entire starting lineup fits well and they are all efficient players. Baylor is an offensive machine who is considered the LeBron James of his generation while James Worthy can hit the big shot in any big game and he spent some time playing SG for his teams where he was a complete mismatch for the opposing defender. Kurt Rambis did all of the dirty work for his teams - rebounding, defense, hustle; while Elmore Smith was a man amongst boys on the glass and he played wonderful defense who was known for his elite shotblocking abilities. Norm Nixon was a major player during the Showtime Lakers era (15/8/2 statiscally) as a point guard and his abilities fit this uptempo team greatly, it is not often that you find an uptempo team that can play elite defense as well. The scoring off the bench provided by Rider in his prime is almost second to none during his time playing. Doc Rivers is a hall of fame coach who can get the most out of his players both defensively and offensively and most importantly his players will leave it all out on the court for him.

Team TyCobb
PG Jerry West
"Combine a deadly jump shot, tenacious defense, obsessive perfectionism, unabashed confidence, and an uncompromising will to win, and you've got Jerry West, one of the greatest guards in NBA history."
SG Byron Scott
Efficient shooter, plays passing lanes well, and great locker room presence.
SF Adrian Dantley
"On the court, the athletic Dantley was as smooth an outside shooter as could be, a force on the inside with an explosive first step, and a master of psychology."
PF A.C. Green
The Ironman. Great role player, solid defense, and even better makeup.
C Mychal Thompson
Another High BBIQ guy. Great teammate, passer, and efficient scorer. Also great makeup.
6th man: Jim McMillian
Replaced Elgin Baylor and led the Lakers to their 33-game record win streak. Was later traded for C Elmore Smith.
Head Coach: Erik Spoelstra
Can manage team-first ego exceptionally well. Fits the uptempo personnel of roster.
This team is made up of some of basketball's greatest human beings. Led by Hall of Famers Jerry West and Adrian Dantley, this team will have no problem gelling as a unit nor being highly competitive. The teams' goal was to put together a group of highly successful athletes who are efficient offensively, pass the ball well, and athletic to get up and down the court. Really feel that chemistry should play a big role when it comes to winning. All great character guys.
