It wasn't ever confirmed by Stuckey. But as reported in that pistonpowered article, Jerebko's verified account posted a tweet telling people to follow that Stuckey account. Langlois and Goodwill both followed the account as well. Its pretty hard to believe those guys would do such things if it was a fake account.

If it was Stuckey then he most likely wouldn't have deleted the account, just the tweets. That account was very active. I bet Stuckey got wind and reported the account and twitter deleted it for violating the TOS. But again, why did you even bring up Stuckey in the first place? No one is saying Stuckey is untouchable. In fact, many just want him gone.

^ Again I find it extremely hard to believe that 3 people extremely close to the team, followed the account if they knew it wasn't Stuckey's. One of which encouraged others to follow the account.

I brought it up, because you brought up a tweet of little significance in an effort to make Rip look bad. We don't know what the motivation behind that tweet of Rip's was. Rip and BG knew each other well due to the UCONN connection. For all we know Rip was happy for BG because he was going to be able to learn under MJ. A younger Rip Hamilton greatly benefitted from such a situation earlier in his career.

But you are right, No reason to hijack the thread. As I stated in my original post, if he's healthy Rip could help this team, especially being a good shooting SG, the biggest hole on this team. I just don't know if it would be worthwhile, because it would sacrifice KCP's minutes. If Stuckey gets moved and/or receives the Maggette treatment, then it might be a worthwhile pickup. As I stated, Rip could teach KCP how to effectively play off the ball, which is a valuable attribute not a lot of guys can do well.

Rip doesn't seem like the type of guy that wants to help others, just saying.

Stuckey is 50 times the player RIP is in 2013.

I don't blame RIP too much for his last 2 years here, this place was a mess with no leadership.

What guards were on that team younger than him to mentor?? Delfino maybe, but rip was young himself. If rip falling out of favor was over how the chauncey trade/rips contract went then I understand to a degree.

I think a few of those players felt betrayed with how Joe went about business.
