Actually acclimatization would be the main reason why in this game we might see no Jonas or if we do it will be for shortened period of time. Kazlauskas said that going from America back to Europe still gives effect for about 8 days. So there is a possibility of him not playing the first game.

JV is not playing. Him, Kleiza and Kalnietis aren't playing in the first game. Will probably play tomorow.

May be for the best. There's a crap load of preparation games anyway. No need to rush it.

Makes sense. Kleiza went to Turkey for contract signing so wasnt with the team lately. Jonas too not to mention that he still feels effect of timezone changes, and Klanietis is a main PG but lithuania is totally lost as far as the second PG goes so they will try out other options now.

France lost to Sweden in a friendly game, these games are so meaningless... just saying before people start overreacting about the coach and other players.

Wait what? There's like only one Swedish player that could be considered "good" by European standards and they beat France? The same France that has like a whole bunch of NBA players on it?

I believe Lithuanians lost to Sweden as well in 2009. It was their first game. First games often goes like that. If Belgium wins tonight, it wouldn't be a shock.

I could've sworn that I read a headline saying that Swden beat France in a friendly. Can't find source.

That said, these games are all about conditioning and trying new tactics so the result is irrelevant.

D-Mo can really pass.
They called in Cizauskas, thats how bad their PG situation is, my god... Camera work makes the game almost unwatchable.
