Hey, Raptors fan here. I am in a dynasty fantasy league, and am in the middle of a rebuild. I have the 4th and 8th picks in our 2013 draft. I know that Schroeder will be available at 4, but I think he might be gone at 8. Do you think it would be a good idea to take him at 4? What are your guys opinions and thoughts of him? What is his potential, and what do you expect from year 1? Will it be a problem with Teague long-term?

Hard to say, but it's almost a given that Teague is our starter at PG.

Schroeder will likely be brought along slowly. He'll definitely have a defensive impact from the start, but he may not put up a ton of offensive production for the first part of the season as he is brought along slowly.

I think taking him at 4 would be pretty good value. Burke or Zeller will probably be the best fantasy rookie this year, but I'd expect that within 2-3 seasons Schroeder is at the top of the class with Burke, Noel, and Oladipo.

How Schroeder will perform this year is anyone's guess - if lineups with him and Teague do very well as I expect, he could be in for major minutes. If not, he'll likely be looking at 20 MPG, and maybe something like an 8/4 line.

My expectations for him as a full time starter would be something like 16/9 with 2 steals and maybe a 3, on okay percentages. That sounds a little ambitious, but that seems feasible to me.
